Pro Shop Attendant or Head Gold Proffesional: The Monarch at Royal Highlands Golf Club, located 9 miles North of Clermont and 7 miles South of Leesburg, Florida has an immediate opening for an Assistant Head Golf Professional and attendant, part-time, 25-35 hours a week.

- Merchandise purchase and sales knowledgeable

- Golf Club operations and management knowledgeable
- Budget management proficient
- Golf Instruction proficient
- Microsoft Office applications proficiency on Word, Excel, and Power Point presentations
- Ability to work unsupervised
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist club members in all tournament aspects
- Supervise the cart barn staff and outside operations
- Answer telephone, record incoming calls, and take starting time reservations
- Register players and assign them their tee time, making sure all golfers sign daily register
- Collect all money for green fees, programs, rental, and pro shop sales. Issue receipts for all transactions
- Maintain general order and cleanliness in the pro shop
- Maintain daily records and reports
- Remain courteous with members and patrons at all times
- Perform all job tasks within the rules and guidelines of the Club
- Work as a team player with co-workers and in conjunction with other departments
- FOREup Reservations and Golf Now experience required
- Golf Genius tournament management experience required
- World Handicap System experience required
- Golf instruction at the basic, intermediate and advanced techniques of golf (additional income)
The Monarch at Royal Highlands Golf Club is a well-established golf club in a gated community on the South side of Leesburg, Florida 9 miles North of Clermont.
