You will be responsible for driving participation and growth through campaigns and innovation.

The Chief Brand Officer is responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide brand strategies that strengthen market position, increase customer engagement, and support long-term growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, positioning, and messaging aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and emerging channels.
- Ensure brand consistency across multiple markets, stakeholders, and communication platforms.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize performance through data-driven insights.
- Drive digital engagement strategies across web, mobile, and social platforms.
- Promote ethical, transparent, and responsible messaging.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
- 7 years of progressive leadership experience in brand management, marketing, or related disciplines.
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, analytics, and consumer behavior.
