Senior Attorney (99% Remote, within Bay Area)

We are a San Francisco based firm that represents individuals, corporations, tech companies, or investors in business disputes regarding corporate governance, securities/investments, and trade secrets.

We are seeking a senior attorney with 8 years of experience litigating complex commercial, securities, and/or trade secret disputes to join our tight-knit team. Our teams are small and efficient, so the position carries substantial responsibility for interfacing with the Court, opposing counsel, and client. • This position has a base salary range of $220k–$310k and additional bonus potential of $20k–$35k, all based on experience.
• The position is either full-time or flex-schedule attorneys - compensation will be aligned to scope of role.
• WFH (local to San Francisco) or a private office at Embarcadero Center San Francisco.
• Clerkship and trial experience are also preferred, though not required.

Requirements

• CA State Bar Admission
• Juris Doctor Degree
