We are seeking a Receptionist on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs. This role is on-site in Austin, TX.

We are seeking a Receptionist on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs. This role is on-site in Austin, TX.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, providing excellent customer service.
- Provide accurate information and promptly respond to emails via a team alias.
- Coordinate with team members to manage couriers and packages upon arrival.
- Maintain visitor logs and call records; issue security passes/badges.
- Perform clerical and administrative functions such as typing, filing, photocopying, binding, and preparing mailers.
- Provide additional administrative support as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2–3 years of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time independently, and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and keep information organized.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Google Suite.
