Responsibilities
- Review advertisements across digital and traditional channels to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Evaluate marketing materials for accuracy, disclosures, and regulatory adherence
- Apply compliance standards and guidelines to approve or flag content
- Document findings and communicate required changes to stakeholders
- Manage multiple review requests and prioritize based on urgency and complexity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues
- Maintain records and documentation within internal systems
- Stay current on regulatory requirements and internal policy updates
- Support continuous improvement of review processes and workflows
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry
- Series 7 and/or Series 24 registrations
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and assess complex materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and communication streams efficiently
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and SharePoint
- Ability to learn and apply regulatory and compliance standards
- Experience in advertising compliance or regulatory review environments
