We are seeking an Executive Briefing Center Program Manager on a contract basis to help support our customer's business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Mountain View, CA.

This role is responsible for leading strategic end-to-end executive engagement programming, inclusive of cross-business unit executive briefings and 1:1 meetings. The role will lead to how executives engage with executive-level contacts from the highest priority accounts, strategic partners, and select organizations and groups. The position serves as a strategic connector in service of deepening trust and long-term value, operates as the center of gravity for executive storytelling, programming, and innovation, and acts as the steward of quality and consistency, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the excellence of the brand.

In this role, this position will challenge the status quo, take intelligent risks, and push executive engagement programs forward. It will act as a lead consultant for executive engagement programs that complement business priorities and narratives. The role will partner effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including external agencies and vendors. This is a high-profile position that requires exceptional business strategy, strong influencing skills, and the ability to solve complex challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable in real time.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage business strategies and project plans for executive engagements, including briefings, 1:1 meetings, and high-touch interactions across events and hosted environments
  • Contribute to overall executive engagement strategy, including tactics, budgets, and resource planning
  • Orchestrate peer-level engagements across the customer journey to build trust and long-term relationships
  • Codify and scale best practices through playbooks, toolkits, processes, and performance metrics
  • Build and manage stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels to drive alignment and execution
  • Capture and analyze feedback, sentiment, and intent signals from executive engagements to inform broader strategies
  • Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution of engagement programs
  • Align engagement initiatives with broader global programs for maximum impact
  • Influence decision-making, solve complex problems, and drive strategic change initiatives
  • Identify new opportunities, develop solutions, and implement process improvements
  • Partner with internal teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and external partners to deliver high-quality outcomes

Skills And Qualifications

  • 5 years of related professional experience
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into execution with measurable results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a resourceful and proactive approach
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving initiatives forward
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% or more

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Executive Briefing Center (EBC) programs
  • Understanding of account-based marketing and executive engagement strategies
  • Experience building scalable programs, playbooks, and operational frameworks
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management experience
