We are seeking a Data Operations Program Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is on-site in Redmond, WA.
As a Data Operations Program Manager, you will be a critical member of an internal data team working closely with a multi-disciplinary group of research teams. You’ll ensure that all the operational needs of the data team are met to enable ambitious research programs to succeed. You will need a blend of project management and operations acumen to collaborate cross-functionally. To be successful, you will be eliminating barriers to your team's success, clearly communicating their work to all stakeholders, and ensuring tactical progress is made towards team goals.
Ideal team members are adaptable and resilient, eager to attack unfamiliar problems with curiosity and tenacity, and able to use a light touch to find ways to help the team be more efficient. The team consists of varying levels of experience and backgrounds. Relevant experience is important, but ultimately less so than your abilities.
This role will work closely with Technical Program Managers, Research Coordinators, Research Scientists, and Research Assistants.

Responsibilities
- Dogfooding Program Management, including developing marketing materials, device management systems, and on-the-ground support for dogfooders testing a
- Device Management and Deployment, including device tracking for both in-lab and at-home data collection studies, procurement of new devices, shipping and distribution of prototypes, and working with security partners to properly maintain devices.
- Procurement and budgeting, including procuring items for lab spaces as necessitated by new data collection protocols.
- Communication Support, including maintaining team records, updating internal websites, and sharing general lab changes across the broader organization.
- 3 years of project management, operational support, data collection management experience, or other relevant experience.
- 1 years of experience working with networks, hardware, and/or software infrastructure
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
- Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.
- Demonstrated experience with human subjects research, data collection, lab management, research support, or operations management in ambiguous environments.
- Experience building medium to large-scale systems and services.
- Experience managing multiple complex workflows and projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human-computer interaction, computer science, business administration, or related field.
