We are looking for an Executive Assistant & Client Service Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is excited to build a long-term career in operations. This is not just an administrative role—with the right person, it’s an opportunity to eventually become a key operator within a high-performing team. For this position, flexibility is an option, though most weeks, we'd love to have someone available between the hours of 10am-2pm or 3pm, if possible, and someone who might be local to Boise who could help with in-person projects like gifts, client events, and mail sorting occasionally.

Client & Administrative Support
- Prepare, process, and manage client paperwork with precision and accuracy
- Maintain highly organized digital filing systems
- Track and follow up on outstanding items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Coordinate and manage client meeting schedules
- Support a high-touch, welcoming client experience
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Download, organize, and maintain client reports and statements
- Accurately log all client interactions and documentation in CRM
- Identify and suggest process improvements and efficiencies
- Assist with basic marketing initiatives and projects
- Coordinate and send client gifts for milestones and special occasions
- Support client events and engagement efforts
- Run occasional local errands (if in Boise area)
- Help maintain a polished, professional office environment
