We are seeking a Client Service Associate on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote/week) in Seattle or NYC.

We are seeking a Client Service Associate on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote/week) in Seattle or NYC.
Responsibilities
- Support new account setup, change requests, and cash raise processing across registered investment advisor and broker-dealer client channels
- Provide operational support and data entry to onboard client accounts and process ongoing account activity
- Support multiple client types, including retail investors, broker-dealer platforms, institutions, and advisors
- Monitor and manage reconciliation items, including delinked accounts, negative cash accounts, and new account exceptions
- Coordinate with custodians for service-related matters and generate required custodian paperwork
- Manage transactional and administrative workflows, including withdrawals, account updates, and documentation tracking
- Review platforms and documentation to confirm receipt of required paperwork and follow up as needed
- Provide white-glove internal support through team email and shared communication channels
- Maintain and update client information in CRM systems
- Experience in financial services operations within a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or similar environment
- Operational excellence experience
- Transactional processing experience
- High attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy and prevent items from falling through the cracks
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a transactional, high-volume environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across operations, trading, distribution, and portfolio management partners
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce preferred
