We are seeking an AV Support Technician on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is on-site in Chicago, IL.
We are looking for someone who has client-facing executive technology support, Crestron control systems, and video conferencing skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide AV support to conference rooms, prepare conference rooms for upcoming presentations, perform post-conference check for conference room, present supplied briefing materials using installed or furnished audio-visual equipment, display supplied briefings via PowerPoint, videotape, overhead viewgraphs, and audio tape
- Maintain and operate a wide variety of VTC equipment to include cameras, microphones, audio and video playback, recording, and duplication devices
- Conduct routine operational tests and fault isolation on AV/VTC systems and equipment
- Reserve, schedule, and set up audiovisual equipment as required
- Coordinate requirements with the company and the end-user, using the appropriate software to update the reservations database
- 3-5 years of experience
- Executive client-facing AV Support experience
- Crestron Integration / NVX AV over IP experience
- Video conferencing skills
