Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. The Youth Program Coordinator will design, implement, and oversee youth-centered programs and initiatives that align with the mission of The Mold. Responsibilities include organizing activities to promote personal and community growth, mentoring youth participants, and managing program schedules. They will collaborate with team members, lead community outreach efforts to engage the local youth, and evaluate program effectiveness for continual improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in Youth Programs and Youth Development, with a passion for empowering young individuals
- Demonstrated skills in Communication and Youth Mentoring to effectively interact with diverse youth populations
- Strong Program Management skills, including the ability to organize, execute, and evaluate programs
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build relationships within the community
- Familiarity with creative industries, social justice, or community arts is a plus
Pay
Stipends will be issued bi-monthly
