Continuous Improvement Engineer
Aberdeen, MS | In-Person | $75,000 - $125,000 /yr Bonus! | Full-Time
A well established and growing aerospace manufacturer with a reputation for stability and a team that cares about their people is hiring a Continuous Improvement Engineer to help lead their quality management system into its next stage of growth.
What You'll Do:
- Develop quality procedures aligned with customer requirements and process specifications
- Build and maintain sampling plans using recognized statistical methods
- Lead internal audits to prepare the team for external certification reviews
- Support the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and Nadcap standards
- Review engineering drawings to identify key characteristics and critical items
- Collect, analyze, and summarize quality data to drive measurable improvements
- Monitor, test, and inspect products to confirm they meet all specified standards
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in a similar quality role, preferably within aerospace or defense manufacturing
- Experience working within ISO quality management standards, AS9100 or Nadcap strongly preferred
- Must be able to obtain a security clearance if required
- Must be a U.S. person as defined by federal export control regulations
