Summary of Job Description:
Incumbent in this position supervises the Electronic Technicians and prioritizes, organizes and assigns work projects; may also perform the duties of Electronic Technician as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead groups
- Ability to thoroughly understand and apply the principles of “Electronic Theory”
- Ability to use manual and/or power tools related to installation in new construction and/or old construction in a low- voltage environment
- Ability to work in high areas using both ladders and aerial lifts
- Intermediate computer and mathematical skills
- Ability to remain calm under stressful situations by analyzing, prioritizing, and using sound judgment to resolve issues
- Good interpersonal, oral, written and telephone communication skills
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid motor vehicle operator’s license
~AND~
- Six (6) years’ experience as a surveillance technician II or III in a high-volume casino or other large working environment
- CT State limited electrical license of C5 or C6
~OR~
- Four (4) years’ experience as a surveillance technician in a high-volume casino or other large working environment
- CT State limited electrical license of C6

- On-call status after six-month training period
