The Social Media & Marketing Manager at TmR is responsible for owning and executing the brand’s Instagram presence with consistency, intention, and a strong understanding of fashion culture. This role is focused on content creation, platform management, and maintaining a structured, data driven approach to social growth.
This is a hands on role for someone who understands both aesthetics and strategy, and can translate ideas into clear, elevated content that aligns with the TmR brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain TmR’s Instagram account on a daily basis
- Create and publish content, including posts, carousels, and graphics tailored for Instagram
- Write clear, on brand copy for all content
- Develop, manage, and consistently execute a structured content calendar
- Create and maintain content segments, while also introducing new segments and series over time
- Identify and curate relevant stories, trends, and content opportunities within the fashion and creative industries
- Manage and expand the UGC program, sourcing and organizing user generated content
- Conduct outreach to secure partnerships, interviews, and features that can translate into social content
- Track performance metrics and analytics for all content
- Maintain and update the Social Media workspace in Notion, including logging analytics, tracking performance, and organizing content pipelines
- Ensure consistency in posting, quality, and overall brand presentation

- Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with the team
This is a part time position with a focus on consistency, accountability, and high quality execution.
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
