The Mitten Brewing Company is looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and hard working candidates to join our support team. Our goal is to provide our guests with the best beer and pizza in Grand Rapids.

- Versatile and adaptable, able to fill different roles
- Able to learn and process information quickly
- Able to use stairs frequently and lift objects up to 30lbs
and would like to perform the following job duties:
Job Duties:
- Treat every guest with respect
- Treat every co-worker with respect
- Greet guests in a friendly manner when they enter the building
- Utilize the digital hosting system to seat guests while rotating sections and manage the wait list
- Learn food and drink menus
- Take phone calls to answer questions about the business and takeout orders
- Utilize Point of Sale tablets for takeout orders
- Communicate with kitchen staff regarding orders as necessary
- Garnish and run food to tables
- Stock the expo side of the line in the kitchen
- Clean or fulfill other assigned tasks during downtime
- Complete all of your side-work tasks every shift
- Expedite orders from the kitchen
- Occasionally close the dish station
