Staff ratio 1:12 residents- Duties Care- Cooking- Serving meals- Medication Administration- Showers- Multitasking

Set schedule 8AM TO 8PM

Wednesday- Friday- Sunday

3 days a week 12×3=36hrs

Must pass a criminal background check, get a medical clearance & TB test, 1st aid/ CPR certification, & onsite job training. If you quit or are let go due to poor performance/ reliability before 90 days all training cost will be deducted from your last paycheck.

Some job requirements include multitasking, cooking, cleaning, resident assistance w ADLs- Personal Care, using proper sanitation procedures, documentation- reporting - communications for the residents as well as the Afc home & other requirements requested by owner/manager.

Looking for individuals who will work as a team w fellow co workers, and are motivated & responsible to work alone as well as handle any emergencies if needed. Only apply if you are serious about wanting to be a caregiver & will be RELIABLE.

Hazard pay is included in agreed total hiring wage. The Mitten Adult Foster Care LLC is a 12-bed State Licensed home. We offer cozy private & semi-private rooms, 24-Hour supervision, Home-Cooked meals, Medication Administration & more!The Mitten Adult Foster Care LLC accepts male or female. 18 years & up. We specialize in caring for the aged, physically handicapped, & developmental disabilities. We accept Medicaid / Medicare waiver (Tri County Office on Aging). We are selective & the client must fit in with our small community made up of 12 individuals. We offer 3 meals, 1 snack daily, medication administration/ ordering. Laundry- Linen services. Weekly room cleaning. Support/ Assist with ADLS.

Home care hours available as well in Eaton County at our clients homes if you wish to exceed 36hrs per week.

Duties Assistance with Activities of Daily Living, which may include: Companionship Meal preparation Assist with personal care (If applicable) Errands and grocery shopping Light Housekeeping & Laundry non-medical services based on Client needs No Medication Administration - Reminders Only Requirements Must have Driver's license, current auto insurance, or access to reliable transportation- For most/not all clients Compassionate about the care and well-being of others Ability to pass a background check Tb test every year Requirements: Good references Good driving record Valid driver’s license Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Responsibilities of our Home Health Aide include: Promote a safe environment Assist with ambulation, transfers and/or range of motion exercises based on individual client needs Follow the assignment sheet/service plan performing only tasks that are assigned, each client has different needs. Recognize, report, and record/document changes in patient/client condition and safety to supervisor. Assist, perform, and train patient/client and family in activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, nail and skin care, oral hygiene, toileting, etc.
