## Job Overview
The Mistress (formally DW's Video) is hiring! Management is seeking employees and will work with a flexible schedule. Pay is based on experience. This is an Adult Retail store & you must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Must be over 18 years old. Must be able to show initiative, make sales goals, and have great customer service skills. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Assist in the cleaning of the store and grounds. Work in a team environment.
## Duties
- Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently to process sales transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and purchases
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves and displays
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend products
## Skills
- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with customers
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change
- Experience with cash registers and cash handling procedures
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
