Commercial Lines Account Manager – HOA Insurance Specialist
Location:
Delray Beach, FL (Full-Time, On-Site with Partial Remote Option After 3 Months)
Compensation:
$65,000 – $75,000 per year (W2)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and personable Account Manager to manage a portfolio of Homeowners and Condo Association clients. This role is vital to our agency’s success and offers a clear path for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full policy lifecycle: renewals, endorsements, and claims coordination
- Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships
- Conduct loss run reports and begin marketing 90 days before renewal
- Coordinate with claims manager and carriers for timely resolutions
- Ensure regulatory compliance for HOA clients
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication records
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3 years in commercial lines insurance
- 1 year experience with HOAs or condo associations
- Proficiency with Applied Epic system
- Active Florida 2-20 General Lines Agent License (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Additional HOA/condo experience
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
