We are seeking:
Friendly, helpful and kind individuals to join our customer service team. Our Customer Service Associates hold a special role in our company because the customers they interact with daily are so special to us as well! As a customer service associate, you will get to consistently provide first class customer service through our various online platforms. Associates will be expected to understand the customer's request and provide excellent customer service.
If you have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Customer Service experience.
- Self-motivation and a positive attitude.
- Extreme attention to details and a passion for accuracy.
- Ability to follow processes and multi-task.
Then you could:
- Communicate with customers through phone calls , emails, Facebook messenger, Facebook comments, Instagram messaging, Instagram comments, TikTok comments, and live chat regarding orders and special requests.
- Consistently provide first class customer service through a friendly, positive and helpful attitude.
- Acquire a confident knowledge of our inventory to provide educated recommendations and styling suggestions to customers.
Final thoughts:
Occasional Weekend and Night availability may be required and done remotely. If selected, you be required to work during sale events, peak shopping days and holidays (Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year's Eve/Day, etc.)
