What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager position at The Mint Cafe & Bar?
We are seeking a full-time Sous Chef at the Mint Café and Bar in Belgrade. This is a leadership position in our restaurant, and involves assisting the Chef De Cuisine in daily cooking and food preparation, overseeing the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant, as well as building and nurturing the team around them. Leadership experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate looking to advance their skills and career.
We are a locally owned and operated restaurant located right in the heart of downtown Belgrade, Montana. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our culinary team. We currently serve dinner only, seven days a week.
