Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored, high-impact application solutions.
- Support, maintain, and enhance existing enterprise applications and reporting tools.
- Modernize and refactor legacy systems to meet current technology standards and improve maintainability.
- Translate business logic into functional design specifications and technical implementations.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Ensure development aligns with the organization’s architectural standards and IT strategy.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including workflows, technical specs, and end-user guides.
- 2 years of experience in application development and systems analysis.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases and SQL (preferably Microsoft SQL Server), including schema design, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in software development methodologies and coding best practices.
- Experience with legacy and modern web application development using VB.NET, RESTful APIs, XML/JSON.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and business processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
