What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility staff position at The Millworks?
Minimum age 16 at time of hire;
Availability: part time positions available.. Weekdays (M_F) 4- close (930pm)
Weekends - open (630) to close (9pm), typically 6 hr shifts ( must work 1 weekend
day, mandatory)
Pay $15/hr
Looking for reliable, hard working individuals with a strong work ethic who can work
independently or as part of a team. Must be comfortable around large crowds and work in a fast
paced environment. Must be able to lift at least 30lbs and be able to be on their feet for
extended periods of time. Must have good communication skills
Responsibilities: facilities maintenance… includes but not limited to, sweeping
courts/courts/bleachers, mopping when necessary, set up/take down of equipment (basketball
hoops, volleyball nets, pickleball/soccer/futsal/badminton nets), taking out trash, cleaning
bathrooms/windows, parking duty when needed
Front desk staff: greeting customers, answering phones, providing information on programs and
events, helping set up memberships, facility tours, navigating bondsports software, good
customer/communication skills is required.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
