Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements or inquiries to foster a welcoming environment
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Ensure all dining areas adhere to sanitation procedures and food safety regulations to guarantee a safe experience for guests
- Monitor tables for guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and service equipment in accordance with sanitation procedures
- Support team members during busy periods by assisting with food delivery, clearing tables, or restocking supplies
- Cooking on a grill, flat top grill and fryer
- Plating food
Skills
- Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices to uphold health standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that enhances guest satisfaction
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and billing transactions
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and interact professionally with guests
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and assist in various restaurant operations as needed
