Sales Development Representative

The ideal candidate can crush it on the phone making outbound cold calls. They thrive in a team atmosphere and fun work environment. Employment Type: Full-time with potential for advancement

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Work Environment: Hybrid (scheduled days from home and the office)

General Responsibilities:

• Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
• Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
• Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities and move prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel
• Outbound calls and prospecting 6-7 hours daily

Requirements for consideration:  

• At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience
• Confidence speaking with executives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Compensation:

• $40K-$50K Base + Performance Commission / Incentives

Travel: 

This position may require some travel around the Saint Louis metro area. Therefore, a reliable vehicle is required. The Miller Group will provide a company vehicle for use to and from the client's location.
