Summary:
The Workplace Experience Lead Associate supports daily office operations, serves as the primary client contact, and ensures a high‑quality workplace experience. This role oversees mail and package services, facilities support, team coordination, and customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment.
Responsibilities:

Serve as the main client contact for service needs, issues, and escalations.

Support and provide coverage for the Workplace Experience Manager.

Guide team performance, communicate goals, and resolve conflicts.

Learn and provide coverage for all mail operations.

Receive, process, and deliver all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Create shipping labels and assist users with shipment needs.

Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces, pantries, and common areas.

Perform daily facilities walkthroughs and manage building work orders.

Support conference room setups, including chairs and AV equipment.

Assist with employee moves and furniture relocation.

Maintain office supply inventory and copier/kiosk areas.

Coordinate with building staff and vendors for service requests.

Ensure bathrooms are stocked and maintained throughout the day.

Provide general facilities support and complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

2 years of experience in an office, facilities, or workplace services environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong customer service, communication, and phone skills.

Professional demeanor with the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Strong judgment, problem‑solving skills, and ability to handle confidential information.

Flexible, adaptable, and proactive with strong initiative.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
