What are the responsibilities and job description for the PT Work Intake Associate Sat. 6AM to 11AM & Sun 7AM to 12Noon position at The Millennium Group?

Responsibilities:
- Open mail using both electronic and manual opening devices
- Identify the contents of each envelope as either processable or not processable
- Prepare processable documents for scanning
- Put document pages in the correct order
- Insert admin sheets as needed
- Identify if documents are original or copies
- Fill out a batch cover sheet
- Scan documents into the company's workflow system using a desktop scanner
- Ensure that the electronic images are clear and that all pages were captured
- Release the document into the workflow system
- Store documents in batch boxes by date and batch number
- Audit batch boxes for errors before secure destruction
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass background check, fingerprint check and credit check
- Must be fully proficient in using the following Microsoft tools.
- Outlook
- Word
- Excel - data entry
- Must be able to use multiple screens to navigate multiple systems/windows
- Must be able to type 55WPM and use 10-key
- Prior experience data entry or administrative services a plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast- paced environment
- Comfortable working under a deadline
- Strong attention to detail
