What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at The Millennium Group?

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.Responsibilities:Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customersProspect and contact potential customersReach agreed upon sales targets by the deadlineResolve customer inquiries and complaintsSet follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developmentsCreate sales material to present to customers​Qualifications:Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fieldsFamiliarity with CRM platforms Ability to build rapport with clientsStrong negotiation skillsDeadline and detail-oriented
