Millennium is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join our fast-growing events team. This is an entry-level, client-facing role for someone outgoing, organized, and excited to work with senior executives and global brands in a high-energy event environment.

In this role, you’ll support the planning and execution of Millennium events—working with sponsors, delegates, venues, internal sales teams, and travel partners to ensure a seamless client experience. You’ll help manage meeting schedules, logistics, and on-site coordination, and will travel to events throughout the year.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate event logistics with sponsors, delegates, venues, and internal teams
  • Plan meeting schedules and ensure agendas and travel details are confirmed
  • Support vendor coordination and event materials preparation
  • Be onsite at events to manage schedules and troubleshoot in real time
  • Deliver a premium experience for senior-level executives and clients

Who You Are

  • Outgoing, ambitious, and highly organized
  • Strong communicator comfortable working with senior executives
  • Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to think on your feet
  • Willing to travel 10–15 weeks per year and work extended hours during events

Compensation is determined based on role and location and may consist of base salary and additional incentive compensation, including commission, or bonus, where applicable.

Total Compensation: $60,000 USD - $65,000 USD
