This role involves meeting with individuals and families to assess their financial goals, analyze current financial situations, and develop tailored strategies aligned with The Miliare Group’s core financial concepts. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing financial plans, reviewing cash flow, debt, protection, and investment options, and providing clear, accessible financial education. The Financial Strategist will collaborate with team members, maintain accurate client records, and follow up regularly with clients to adjust strategies as circumstances change. This position also includes participating in community outreach, workshops, and presentations to expand financial literacy and support the mission of “No Family Left Behind.”

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Services to understand products, markets, and client needs.
- Experience in Financial Planning and Accounting to develop comprehensive, accurate financial strategies.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess risk, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain concepts clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to serving families from all backgrounds.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant licenses or certifications (e.g., securities, insurance, CFP or progress toward these) are an advantage.
