- Assistant Managers
Language Requirement (Business Necessity)
Due to operational needs and customer base, fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken communication) is required for these positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming dining experience
- Take orders accurately using POS systems
- Process transactions efficiently and responsibly
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell items when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Handle guest concerns professionally and courteously
Assistant Manager Qualifications
- Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred
- Ability to supervise staff and coordinate daily operations
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to bridge communication between management and team members
- Experience training and supporting restaurant staff is a plus
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with restaurant POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS, etc.)
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, nightlife, or fine dining experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Strong time management and organizational skills
