Role Description
This is a junior level role to assist in the financial and HR operations of the company. We are a fast paced company with a large assortment of events we produce, co-produce, host and collaborate on. Must be very comfortable with spreadsheets and have great attention to detail. This is a great entrance point into a fantastic company with plenty of work and future opportunities.
You will be reporting directly to the Managing Partner and Co-General Managers. This job is on site 2-4 days per week.
Tasks
- Bookkeeping Assistance (Quickbooks, data entry)
- File Organization (electronic and in house)
- Accounts Payable (data entry, organization)
- Invoicing
- Assist in staff On-boarding
- Compliance, Scheduling and Payroll Support
Experience
- Understands the business flow of a event/bar restaurant business - ie 1-2 years in hospitality industry
- Tech Savvy, Proficient with spreadsheets , book keeping software, AI knowledge a plus
- Shows absolute discretion
Compensation
- Starting $25/hr, increasing to $30/hr after 6mo probationary period
Salary : $25 - $30
