Our construction supplier client is hiring a Sr. Operations Accounting Manager to support their team in Annapolis, MD!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely disbursement of wages, salaries, bonuses, and other compensation in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Manage payroll tax compliance, including timely filings, payments, reconciliations, audits, and the opening/closing of state and local accounts as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- An active CPA Certification
- 8 years' experience with any payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or Workday, etc.).
- 8 years' experience performing leadership, communication, and organizational skills to mitigate teams and cross-functional collaboration.
