What are the responsibilities and job description for the REMOTE - Tier III Consultant in SAP Employee Central (EC) / AMS Systems position at The Midtown Group?
Our managed service client is hiring a remote Tier III Consultant in SAP Employee Central (EC) / AMS Systems to support their team in Addison, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 3 functional support for Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, EC Time, Benefits, and Reporting, resolving issues escalated from lower-tier support.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of system issues.
- Design, configure, test, and deploy system changes and enhancements in alignment with client requirements.
Qualifications:
- 5 years' experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) system with additional hands-on experience in Onboarding 2.0, EC Time, Benefits, and Reporting Modules.
- SAP Certification: SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in Employee Central (EC) and/or related modules.
