The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, mission-focused, and ideal for professionals who thrive in structured processes, organized documentation, and cross-team communication.Position OverviewThe Marketing Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Commercial Strategy organization, with responsibilities split between the Marketing Operations Lead and the HCP & Patient Omnichannel Lead.This role supports omnichannel marketing execution, the management and organization of marketing resources, and the continuous improvement of training and reference materials.Ideal candidates bring a strong marketing foundation, enjoy working with data, and can keep complex information organized and accessible. This position requires on-site presence 4 days per week in Gaithersburg, MD.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Marketing OperationsSupport planning and execution of marketing initiatives, including campaigns, launches, and events.Assist in improving processes for how marketing resources are created, stored, and shared.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, marketing, training, and other teams.HCP & Patient Omnichannel Marketing SupportAssist in executing omnichannel campaigns and monitoring timelines to anticipate obstacles.Summarize and interpret commercial and marketing data from spreadsheets, reports, and CRM sources.Prepare concise summaries and presentations for leadership and field teams.Track insights related to campaign performance and resource usage; support test-and-learn optimization.Partner with external agencies and internal analytics/IT teams to maintain alignment on marketing strategy and systems.Training & Resource ManagementCoordinate distribution and organization of marketing materials and tools for field teams.Maintain and update training assets as messaging, content, or strategy evolves.Keep the marketing resource guide and documentation accurate and current.Work with internal stakeholders to collect updated content and integrate it into training materials.Support onboarding and ongoing training by ensuring team members are aware of updated resources.QualificationsExperience2–4 years in marketing, marketing operations, sales enablement, or a related role.Experience in pharma, patient services, healthcare, or a similar regulated or service-oriented industry preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrong ability to consolidate data into clear, actionable summaries.Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Effective written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex concepts.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders at multiple levels.
