Our municipality client is hiring an on-site Help Desk Technician to support their team in Philadelphia, PA.Responsibilities:- Perform network solutions within Windows 10 involving Active Directory, Office 365 and Windows SCCM.- Perform notes in client's Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) system, taking in service calls and note cases in GroupLink’s eHelpdesk platform, along with Genesys Cloud contact center and Jira Service Management Helpdesk application systems.Qualifications:- 2 years of experience working in a single point of contact help desk (individual team; single Help Desk Representative)- 2 years' experience using any Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) systemThe Midtown Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
