Summary of Universal Banker Duties: Provides account services to customers: opening new accounts, receiving deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing savings withdrawals; recording night and mail deposits; selling cashier's checks; answering questions in person or on telephone; daily reconciliation of drawer; promoting to other bank products/services.
To be successful as a Universal Banker at Middlefield Bank:
- Experience in opening new accounts for both consumers and businesses
- Experienced and knowledgeable in cash handling skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry skills
- Works with integrity and honesty in a team atmosphere
