Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Salon Support Associate to help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of our fast-paced wellness salon and spa. This role is essential in supporting our Sales Consultants and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and relaxing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all salon equipment and treatment areas
- Manage and stay on top of laundry to ensure a constant supply of clean linens
- Support Sales Consultants by preparing rooms and equipment between guest sessions
- Assist with opening, mid-day, and closing duties
- Monitor the salon throughout the day and address any immediate needs
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at all times
Work Environment
- Fast-paced, high-volume salon with up to 300 guests per day and 40 sessions per hour
- Team-oriented atmosphere where staying on task and maintaining high standards is essential
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively in a busy environment
- Self-motivated and proactive—able to identify and complete tasks without constant direction
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
