Sr. Manufacturing Test Engineer

This position pays between $35-$45/hr.

Our client, a large EV manufacture is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer for an initial 7-month contract.

100% onsite in Casa Grande (M-F)

Overview

The Manufacturing and Test Engineering team is responsible for developing test systems and test application software used across factory operations. This role focuses on supporting test systems, executing test operations, and contributing to the development of advanced testing solutions for cutting-edge automotive technologies.

What You’ll Do (Typical Day in the Role)

• Support test systems and operations for manufacturing test projects.
• Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of automated test equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Work with international partners to support global testing initiatives and gain overseas collaboration experience.
• Ensure quality and accuracy in all testing deliverables in alignment with manufacturing requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or test engineering.
• BS in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• Ability to produce high-quality work and meet performance expectations.

Top Required Hard Skills

1. 2 years experience developing automated test equipment for manufacturing.
2. 2 years experience launching automated test systems in high-volume manufacturing environments.
3. 2 years experience testing electric vehicle powertrain components (preferred / plus).
