Job Title: FLEX Build Technician / Fleet Expansion
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite, Mon–Fri)

Pay Range: $25–$35/hr
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive FLEX Build Technician to join our Vehicle Build team. This role focuses on building fleet expansion vehicles and providing ongoing maintenance support. You will work closely with the NPI Manager and collaborate on assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of advanced automotive systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, modify, test, and troubleshoot vehicles and related sub-assemblies.
- Fabricate mounts, brackets, and electrical harnesses (including soldering and cable termination).
- Support testing and configuration of ADAS components (cameras, LIDAR, RADAR).
- Provide fleet maintenance and troubleshooting; travel within the U.S. and internationally as needed.
- Assist with shop organization, cleanup, and inventory management.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in electromechanical assembly and testing.
- Experience in electrical harness fabrication (soldering, cable termination).
- Competence in metal fabrication (sheet metal work, drilling, cutting, rivet nut installation, frame assembly such as 80/20).
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux systems (basic troubleshooting/software usage is a plus).
