The Micar Company is currently seeking additional General Laborers to join our team in Decatur, Illinois.
About the role
This position supports both shop-based and onsite operations. Schedule may vary based on job assignment, potential overtime available.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties as required or assigned
- Operate forklift to transport parts and material around company grounds
- Promote a safe workplace by recognizing hazards, using appropriate PPE, and looking out for both yourself and others

- Maintain all safety standards

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range. The actual compensation offered will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, training, and licenses.
