Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Miami, FL, for a Staff Member at The Miami Sudbury School. Staff Members support and guide students in a self-directed, learner-centered environment. Responsibilities include facilitating student governance, mentoring students as they explore their interests, maintaining a fair and safe learning space, and collaborating with students on decision-making processes.
