Miami Nanny / Hotel & Event Childcare Provider (Flexible Schedule)

Job Description:

We are expanding our Miami team and looking for reliable, professional, and high-energy childcare providers for families traveling, vacationing, and living in the Miami area.

This is not a traditional full-time nanny position — this is flexible, on-demand childcare supporting hotel stays, date nights, events, and private homes.

We work with families staying in hotels, resorts, and short-term rentals, as well as local families who need occasional or recurring care.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide in-room hotel childcare for visiting families
• Support date nights and evening care
• Assist with event childcare (weddings, parties, gatherings)
• Occasional in-home recurring care for local families
• Create a safe, engaging, and professional environment for children

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in childcare, nannying, babysitting, or education
• CPR/First Aid (preferred but not required for application)
• Reliable transportation within Miami area
• Professional, punctual, and adaptable
• Comfortable working in hotels, private homes, and event settings
• Weekend and evening availability is a plus

Compensation:

Hourly pay varies based on assignment, experience, and timing. Premium rates for hotel, evening, and event care.
