Responsibilities and Duties
● Make recommendations or share additional information upon request
● Take and serve food/drinks orders and up-sell any additional products
● Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards
● Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
● Deliver checks and accept payment
● Arrange table settings and maintain tables clean and tidy
● Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
● Work with other staff as a team
● Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
Requirements
● At least 2 years of experience in an elevated restaurant environment
● Excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and have the desire to work and learn from an amazing team
● Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift 30 pounds, and be available to work weekends and holidays
● Must work well under pressure, be punctual and professional and be excited to join a team of co-workers dedicated to detail
● Must have the experience and a positive service driven attitude
● Food handlers’ card and Title IV alcohol certification
● Reliable transportation
