Bartenders are the face of the bar and a key ambassador for our brand. This role combines hospitality, salesmanship, product expertise, and flawless execution to create an experience guests actively seek out.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
Building Relationships
- Create genuine connections with guests and develop a strong base of regulars.
- Learn guest preferences and deliver personalized experiences.
- Turn first-time visitors into repeat guests through exceptional hospitality.
- Make every guest feel welcomed, recognized, and appreciated.
Driving Bar Business
- Create an environment that attracts guests to sit at the bar and stay longer.
- Encourage repeat visits through memorable service and engagement.
- Confidently recommend beverages, food pairings, and premium spirit selections.
- Take ownership of your impact on guest loyalty and sales.
Execute at a High Level
- Consistently prepare cocktails to our quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and composure during high-volume service.
- Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready at all times.
- Follow all recipes, procedures, and responsible alcohol service standards.
Be a Great Teammate
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Lead through your actions and professionalism.

Experience
- 2 years of bartending experience preferred.
- Experience in a high-volume, craft cocktail, upscale casual, or fine dining environment is a plus.
- Experience with tequila and mezcal programs is a plus.
