Position Overview:
We are seeking friendly, reliable individuals to join our Event Guest Services Team. This position is primarily a Server position and ideal for people who enjoy working with the public in a fast-paced environment. Team members will help create a positive and welcoming experience for guests. This role is part-time and event based. Friday and Saturday evening availability is top priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and serve guests at events
- Provide excellent customer service in a professional and courteous manner
- Follow event procedures and staff instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Represent our organization in a positive and professional manner
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Availability to work Friday and Saturday evenings
(priority scheduling consideration) - Ability to receive and respond to work schedules with notice through our electronic scheduling system
- Staff will receive advance notice of available work opportunities
- Successfully complete required staff training program prior to working events
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Adhere to our appearance and dress code standards as set out in our company handbook
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or event experience
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to remain calm and professional in busy environments
