The MetroHealth Department of Surgery is seeking a Board-certified Urologist to join our Division of Urology. The Division of Urology provides a comprehensive spectrum of urological care, including reconstructive urology, men's health, oncology, and endourology. Our new Director will be responsible for developing and leading a multidisciplinary program of clinical excellence, commitment to medical student and resident education, and serving as a key leader for our integrated urology residency training program.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive urologic care for adult patients, including diagnosis and management of urinary tract and male reproductive system disorders.
- Perform a full spectrum of urologic procedures, including:
- Endoscopic procedures (cystoscopy, ureteroscopy)
- Stone management (lithotripsy, ureteroscopic stone removal)
- Prostate interventions (TURP, laser procedures)
- Basic oncology surgeries (bladder, kidney, prostate)
- Minimally invasive and laparoscopic techniques; robotic surgery experience preferred
- Participate in inpatient consults and outpatient clinics.
- Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows in clinical and surgical settings.
- Engage in scholarly activities, including clinical research and publications.
- Contribute to departmental initiatives in quality improvement and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology.
- Eligible for medical licensure in Ohio.
