Primary Patient Population
- Adult and Gero Psych
- Therapeutic Listening
- Verbal De-escalation
- Crisis Management
- Relationship Building
- Milieu Management
- Group Programming Facilitation
- LPNs, Registered Nurses, Providers, Psychologists, Behavioral Health Specialists (BHS), Social Workers
- 20 beds
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam.
- Ability to work in a team environment while demonstrating good judgment, flexibility, initiative, and effectively problem-solving skills.
- Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
- Registered in good standing as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) with the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) Nurse Aide Registry (NOTE: Maintaining ODH Registry status as a STNA is optional after employment in this position).
- 1 year of experience as a Patient Care Nurse Assistant in a hospital.
