Bi-weekly Hours: 72.00
Shift: 7a-7p/ 3p-1130p; rotating weekends and holidays

Primary Patient Population
- Telemetry
- Mixed Disease Process
- Cardiac monitoring (EKG’s)
- Blood glucose monitoring, Bladder scans, taking vital signs
- Intake and Output & ADL’s
- LPNs, Registered Nurses, Nurse Interns, Providers, PT/OT, WOCN, Social Work, Case Management
- 24 beds
- Pressure Injury Prevention Champions
- Daisy Award Winners
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam.
- Ability to work in a team environment while demonstrating good judgment, flexibility, initiative, and effectively problem-solving skills.
- Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
- Registered in good standing as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) with the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) Nurse Aide Registry (NOTE: Maintaining ODH Registry status as a STNA is optional after employment in this position).
- 1 year of experience as a Patient Care Nurse Assistant in a hospital.
