MetroHealth's Division of Correctional Medicine seeks a night shift Advanced Practice Provider for the Cuyahoga County Jail. There is a wide range of presentations in the jail necessitating broad knowledge and experience in general and urgent care medicine. The patient population is medically diverse and rewarding.

Nurse Practitioner Required Credentials
- Graduate of an accredited DNP or MSN Advanced Practice Registered Nurse program
- Current RN and APRN license in the state of Ohio
- Board Certification as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in specialty.
- Current BLS
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or obtains within first year of practice
- Meets the requirements/qualifications for medical staff clinical privileges in the specialty/department within MetroHealth
Physician Assistant Required Credentials
- Graduate of an accredited Doctoral or MS Physician Assistant program.
- Current PA licensure in the State of Ohio.
- Board Certification as a Physician Assistant from NCCP
- Current BLS
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or obtains within first year of practice
- Meets the requirements/qualifications for medical staff clinical privileges in the specialty/department within MetroHealth
