We are seeking a Patient Coordinator who is highly organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to patient care and communication. This role is essential in ensuring patients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout every stage of their surgical journey.
The Patient Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for patients, assisting with scheduling, documentation, coordination with clinical teams, and ongoing communication to ensure a smooth and exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in person, by phone, text, and email in a professional and welcoming manner
- Schedule in-clinic and virtual consultations, follow-ups, and pre- and post-operative appointments
- Guide patients through pre-consult and pre-operative requirements, including forms, medical history, and clearances
- Coordinate with surgeons, clinical staff, and administrative teams to ensure seamless care
- Ensure all patient records, consents, and documentation are accurately completed and uploaded
- Educate patients on timelines, next steps, and what to expect throughout their treatment journey
- Assist with payment processing, financing options, and invoicing as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and polished front-office and consultation environment
- Provide consistent follow-up to ensure patient questions and concerns are addressed promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in patient coordination, medical office administration, or healthcare strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment
